  • Please bring comfortable workout attire, a water bottle, and a workout mat if you have one. Mats and other equipment are also available for rent -but are limited and available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • YOGA - Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation or relaxation techniques. Yoga aims to improve physical and mental well-being. It enhances flexibility, strength, and balance while promoting relaxation and stress reduction.

    MAT PILATES - Mat Pilates is a form of exercise focusing on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness using bodyweight exercises on a mat.

    REFORMER PILATES - Reformer Pilates is a type of Pilates performed using a specialized machine called a reformer, which adds resistance to the exercises for a more intense workout.

  • We do not provide mats or towels, but we do provide all necessary props and equipment for our classes including blocks, bands, weights, ect.

  • No prior experience is necessary. We offer classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

  • Our health bar offers a variety of nutritious foods which vary from day-to-day, such as snacks, smoothies, fresh juices, salads, and other healthy to-go meal options.

  • Yes, we offer a range of options to accommodate various dietary needs including gluten-free, vegan, and nut-free options.

    However, please note that our kitchen handles various allergens, and while we take precautions, we cannot guarantee there will be no cross-contamination.
